Refund policy
1. Returns
You have 60 calendar days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. To be eligible, the item must:

Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received;

Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories;

Be returned in its original packaging.
To begin the return process, please contact us at support@tivanoeyewear.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Sale items or items marked as “Free Gift”;

Gift cards.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable;

If your order included a free shipping promotion, a restocking fee may apply.
4. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for the same item if it is defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us at support@tivanoeyewear.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Return Shipping
You are responsible for covering your own return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of items without tracking.
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at contato@tivanoeyewear.com.
